Scalloped Pineapple

Scalloped Pineapple

1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
4 eggs beaten
1 can crushed pineapple, with juice
5 slices of cubed white bread


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream together butter and sugar; add eggs, mix well.
Fold in pineapple and bread cubes.
Bake in a greased baking pan until golden brown, about one hour.
Serve warm or chilled.

Double for a 13 x 9 pan.
